How to Collect Online Reviews

Template Email for Collecting Online Reviews

Hi Chris and Courtney!

As you know, most people go online to research before they do business with people so I'm trying to do a better job of building up some of my online presence through reviews and was wondering if you would help me get started. You will also get emails from Realtor.com and RateMyAgent directly.

Would you please help me get this going by filling out the reviews on those sites and also review me on these sites as well? It would really help with my online presence.

Both of you can go on separately to fill out reviews. 🙂

Online Reviews - Zillow

Grab your Zillow review link

Find your public profile on Zillow https://www.zillow.com/professionals/real-estate-agent-reviews/
Click on your profile, then scroll down below your past sales to find the "Write a Review" button.
Right click on the button to grab the URL link to paste into your email template

Display The Reviews Tab on Your Facebook Business Page

The first thing to do to get more Facebook reviews is to ensure you have the reviews tab activated on your business page.

To show the Reviews tab on Facebook, follow these steps:

Visit your Facebook Business Page
Click Page Settings in the bottom left-hand column
Click Templates and tabs
Move the Reviews slider to the On position

That’s it! You can now start collecting reviews and recommendations from your customers.

Visit your page as a visitor and grab the URL similar to mine in the template above

How to make a link for customers to write reviews on Google

You can share your short URL with customers from your computer’s Business Profile dashboard or on the mobile app. Through your short URL, Customers can leave reviews and view your Business Profile.

On your computer, sign in to Business Profile Manager.
- If you have multiple profiles, open the profile you want to manage.
In the left menu, click Home.
In the “Get more reviews” card, you can copy your short URL to share with customers.

Set up a free Yelp account and then when they start calling you to sell you a million services tell them a firm NO that you want to not be called..

Search for your business using the "Find" and "Near" boxes on the homepage:

2. Click the name of your business in the results list

3. Click the "Write a Review" link on the upper right side of the page

4. Copy the URL from the URL bar of your browse and share this direct link with people to review you on Yelp.
